This site is about weight loss- I suppose the name gives it away. If you are serious about losing weight, or more importantly, losing body fat, then I think that you should stick around for a bit and have a browse.

I hit 35. I decided two things. I wanted to lose weight. I wanted to get fitter.

I had two problems. I had less time than I had ever had. I love food.

Six months later:

  • I had lost 20 pounds.
  • My body fat had dropped from 26% to 15 %.
  • I could run 5 kilometres without any problem.
  • I was lifting heavier weights.
  • Most importantly I felt great and had more energy.
